Here is a kids birthday party tip to save money on your kids birthday party. Save money by scheduling a weekday party at a location or with a planner.

Everyone wants to have their birthday party on the weekend. Parents are not working, it is easier to get kids to the party; you know the reasons. It is also the cause that weekend parties are more expensive. There are only so many hours in a weekend and only so many parties to be hosted.

If you can host the party on let’s say a Wednesday afternoon, many planners and birthday locations will give you a discount. After all that is a time where they do not normally make money. To make it easier for your guests’ parents, you could offer to pick them up from school and take them directly to the party.

You could also schedule an early evening party and include dinner. As long as the kids are home by 8pm-8:30pm, depending on their ages, it is still reasonable on a school night.
